How Long Does Delivery Take?

If for the IN-STOCK models, we will ship the package out within 3-5 business days. About the custom model, we will need 30-35 business days to prepare. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • European Union: 15–20 business days
  • Other countries and regions: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept PayPal and bank transfers.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we can offer you a lower price because of less transfer fees. We also accept credit card payments (such as Visa and Mastercard). If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact us and we will provide the appropriate payment link.

Do I Have to Assemble the Model Myself?

It depends on the version you choose.

We offer both unpainted and unassembled kits, fully painted and unassembled kits and fully painted, assembled Ready-to-Run (RTR) models.

  • Unpainted & Unassembled Kits: Perfect for hobbyists who enjoy building, painting, and learning about every function of the model.
  • Painted & Unassembled Kits: Ideal for hobbyists who enjoy assembling their own model but prefer a professionally painted or custom-designed finish.
  • Painted & Assembled Models: Fully built, tested, and ready to operate right out of the box.

Can I Order Spare Parts?

Absolutely!

We offer a full range of spare parts, replacement components, and upgrade accessories for our RC models, including RC construction equipment and RC tanks. If you need a specific part that isn't listed on our website, simply contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Can I Customize My Model?

Yes! Customization is one of our specialties.

If you have a specific design, color scheme, or functional requirement, feel free to contact us.
